Main index of Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) gained 214.9 points or 0.27 percent to end trade at 80344.2 on May 17.
According to the TSE official website, 927 million shares valued at $56.2 million (1.8 trillion rials) were traded for the day.
The Price Index grew by 72.6 points or 0.26 percent to end at 27530.1.
The First Market added 91.3 points or 0.16 percent to post 55784.1.
The Second Market Index hiked by 809.5 points or 0.46 percent to reach 177908.5.
The Industry Index surged 188.3 points or 0.27 percent to stand at 68985.4.
The TSE 30 Index was up by 4.7 points or 0.15 percent to close at 3130.7, and the TSE 50 Index added 10.1 points or 0.33 percent to finish at 3117.
