The International Atomic Energy Agency's Board of Governors unanimously voted Dec. 15 in favor of a resolution to close Iran's file, IRNA reported.
The file is known as the Probable Military Dimensions (PMD) file, and the resolution opens the way for Iran and six world powers (UNSC permanent members plus Germany) to honor their commitments in accordance with the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
