Nahavandian: Iran ready for economic transactions with world

President Rouhani's Chief of Staff Mohammad Nahavandian voiced Iran's readiness to establish win-win economic relations with world countries, IRNA reported.

'Now many countries have come to the conclusion that the unnecessary and fabricated crisis in Iran's nuclear program was a big hurdle in the way of their benefiting from Iran's high economic and trade capacities,' Nahavandian said in a meeting with State Secretary at the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA) Yves Rossier in Tehran on Wednesday.

'Imposing oppressive sanctions against Iran resulted in removal of economic transparency at the level of trade transactions with Iran and even other countries because when a economic activist cannot use a transparent economic window between Iran and the world, surely some people will make use of the same window for continuation of their economic and financial activities in a non-transparent manner,' he added.

Nahavandian said that removal of all financial and economic sanctions imposed against Iran shows Iran's positive economic role in the world, adding, 'All international powers have realized Iran's role in nuclear talks quite well.
