Iranian Foreign Minsiter Mohammad Javad Zarif has left Tehran for France, Paris on a two-day official trip to Europe.
The visit takes place within the framework of bilateral agreement on political talks signed between the two countries during the visit of Iranian President Hassan Rouhani to France last January, IRNA news agency reported.
Zarif is expected to discuss expansion of bilateral cooperation in scientific, cultural, economic and political fields.
Minister Zarif is also slated pay a visit to Netherlands.
