Iran and Indonesia signed four documents to boost mutual cooperation, the state-run IRINN TV reported Dec. 14.

The deals were signed on the sidelines of a meeting between Iran's President Hassan Rouhani and Indonesian President Joko Widodo in Tehran.

The signed documents include four MoUs for cooperation in electricity and renewable energy and investment encourage as well as judicial cooperation.

The sides are scheduled to sign eight more cooperation documents.

Indonesian President heading a high ranking politico-economic delegation arrived in Tehran on December 13 to confer with Iranian senior officials.

The trip aims at boosting cooperation in oil and gas management and investment in Iran's refineries.

Indonesian president is to meet with Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani as well.
