By Fatih Karimov - Trend: Heavy snowfall forced schools to close in some provinces across Iran.
Schools in the province of Seman, Ardebil, Ilam, Hamedan, Isfahan, Qazvin, Gilan, West Azarbaijan, Kermanshah, Alborz, and some parts of Tehran were closed today, Iran's IRIB reported on Feb. 21.
Snow has also impeded traffic of people and vehicles in mountainous areas.
The Crisis Management Organization has warned about a sharp decrease in temperature in 14 provinces of the country. Temperature in Ardebil will plunge to minus 15 Celsius.
