Dozens of people were killed and injured during the bloody clashes between the representatives of two clans in the Iranian province of Khuzestan, the Iranian news website bultanews reported Sept. 15.
The skirmish was observed, the witnesses said. The clans continue clashing because of the acreage for a long time, but such a clash with huge losses and the number of wounded has not been observed earlier.
The exact number of dead and wounded was not reported.
The police and the security forces are on the scene. Several people were detained.
