Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei on Tuesday wished further success of Iranian government in the New Iranian Year in serving Iran and Iranians, IRNA reported.
The Supreme Leader also congratulated President Hassan Rouhani and the great family of Iranian nation on the happy occasion of New Year.
The Supreme Leader extended the felicitation in the course of phone talks with President Rouhani on advent of the new Iranian year of 1396 (March 21, 2017-March 20, 2018).
President Rouhani, congratulating the Supreme Leader on the occasion, wished him health and longevity.
He hoped that in light of the wise guidelines of the Supreme Leader, the New Year will undoubtedly be the year of collective efforts and continued implementation of the policies of Economic Resistance, more progress of dear Iranian nation, further vibrancy in national production, and more employment, especially for the youth.
