A 57-year-old Nizami Balayev, employee of the Absheron Region Police Department, committed a suicide at home, the Surakhani Region Prosecutor's Office told Trend .
The Surakhani Region Prosecutor's Office has filed a criminal case under Article 125 (incitement to suicide) of the Azerbaijani Criminal Code.
The case is under investigation.
