A passenger bus overturned with Iranian citizens traveling to Syria on their way to see holy sites. As a result 10 people died, the Irirbnews television channel reported.

The accident occurred today at approximately 05:00 a.m. local time, at a 50-kilometer distance from Damascus. The bus was carrying pilgrims from Hamedan. The number of victims has not been yet reported. The injured were taken to the Garra Hospital.
