A blast occurred at the Radioqurasdırma Plant in Baku today. The accident killed one. The explosion occurred this morning, the Khatai District Police Department told Trend.
The Azerbaijani Emergency Situations Ministry reported that equipment exploded in the plant's shop. The fire covered a total area of 20 square meters. The firefighters who arrived to the scene were able to localize the fire and prevent it from spreading further.
The fire was extinguished at 8:45 a.m.
During the inspection, the body of 25-year-old Imaret Jafarova was found.
An investigation is underway.
