Clashes between Iraqi government forces and armed groups of Kurdish autonomy this night left 12 Iraqi army soldiers and one civilian dead, CNN Turk TV channel reported.
The clashes took place near the Tikrit town, which is under the control of the central government, due to the Kurdish administration head Masoud Barzani's order not to allow the central government's troops into the autonomy territory.
