A Turkish shepherd Mustafa Ulker, a resident of Kars province was recently injured by servicemen of Armenia's Armed Forces, "Anadolu" agency reported on Thursday.
It is reported that, the shepherd accidentally crossed the border with Armenia while looking for a missing animal and was fired by Armenian servicemen. In the aftermath, the shepherd was detained.
According to the head of Akkaya region administration of Kars province Osman Ugurlu, currently, the commander of Turkish border battalion conducts negotiations with the Armenian side to release the shepherd.
There is no information about his health yet.
