Two people were killed as a result of mudflows on Monday night in the Yomra region of Turkey's Trabzon province, Anadolu agency reported on Tuesday.
Several people were injured as a result of the natural disaster, the report said.
The mud flows were caused by torrential rains that fell nonstop throughout the day. Rescue work is continuing in the Yomra region, including the use of helicopters.
