The Sahil shopping center building burst into flame in the center of Baku, the fire protection service of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Emergency Situations told Trend on March 14.
The fire started on the third floor of the building. There are warehouses on this floor.
Argentine's embassy in Azerbaijan is also in this building.
The fire is of the second category (the first category is the hardest one).
The firefighters arrived on the scene. The work is underway to extinguish the fire.
One person felt ill, Baku City First and Urgent Medical Aid Station told Trend on March 12.
More than 10 fire engines and two emergency assistance teams arrived on the scene, eyewitnesses said.
