Heavy rains that have been continuing in the last two days in Iranian provinces of West Azerbaijan, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, Fars, and Zanjan have caused mudflows and floods there.

Iranian ISNA news agency said the houses in the cities and villages of these provinces were flooded, and damage was inflicted to agriculture there as a result of the natural disaster.

Some 300 people, who suffered from the mudflow, were also provided with assistance.
