Aug. 23, the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire at Azerbaijani troops from positions in the nameless heights in the Goranboy region at 20.40-21.00, from positions outside the Goyarkh village in the Tartar region at 23.10-23.25, Azerbaijani Defense Ministry reported.
The Azerbaijani troops answered their fire. No causalities were reported.
