Sept. 3, the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire from positions in the Chinarli village in the Berd region at the Azerbaijani troops in the Agbulag village in the Tovuz region at 23.10-23.20 , the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry reported.
The Azerbaijani troops answered their fire. No causalities were reported
