French company Thales disapproved the information about negotiations with the Armenian Ministry of Defence concerning the replacement of its communications systems and supply of battle management systems.
Thales operates in strict accordance with international regulations and in doing so, intends to fully respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan, company's statement said.
Some media outlets reported that Armenia intends to purchase new communication systems from Thales for its armed forces and talks are being carried out between the sides in this regard.
Thales is a global technology leader for the aerospace and transportation, defence and security markets.
