Zarif stresses final nuclear deal can be reached within three months

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif Wednesday said a nuclear agreement can be reached within three months when the Geneva interim accord expires on July 20, IRNA reported.

Talking to Iranian media representatives after the conclusion of the Vienna III talks, Zarif said from his view, three months gives all sides ample time to negotiate a final accord, if there is goodwill.

However, he made also clear that it would be ˈno disasterˈ if the deal takes longer to take shape.

Zarif admitted that drafting a text for a final deal would require hard work and serious efforts by all parties.

The next round of Iranˈs nuclear talks are scheduled to take place again in Vienna on May 13 as Iran and the six world powers would look at ways to overcome their differences.
