Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has today left for a working visit to Ulyanovsk city of Russia, the AzerTaj state news agency reported.
At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the head of state was seen off by Prime Minister Artur Rasizadeh, Chief of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehtiyev and Baku Mayor Hajibala Abutalybov.
