A bill on amendments to the Law on regulations of using flags of foreign countries and international organizations in Azerbaijan was submitted to the Parliament of Azerbaijan.

"The bill on amendments and additions to the law was submitted to the Parliament. Under the amendment, the flags of foreign countries may be posted in locations designated by the relevant executive authorities," Panah Huseyn, a member of Musavat group of MPs, said on Oct. 20.

According to the current law, the flags of foreign countries and international organizations can be displayed only on buildings, embassies, consulates and missions.
