Azerbaijani parliamentary speaker will visit Iran

Azerbaijani Parliamentary Speaker Ogtay Asadov will visit Iran.

The speaker will visit Tehran upon his Iranian Counterpart Ali Larijani's invitation in late February. This will be response visit after Iran's ex-Parliamentary Speaker Gulamali Haddad Adil's Baku visit, Iranian Embassy's Spokesman Abbas Iskenderi told Trend News.


During his visit, Asadov is expected to meet with Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki and other officials, he added.
