Kyrgyzstan's presidential staff functions will be now passed to the government, the President, Kurmanbek Bakiev, said at the parliamentary session Tuesday, delivering a speech about urgent reforming of state administration bodies , News Agency "24.kg" reported.

The measures are taken in order to avoid duplicating of officials' functions and tasks, the president said.
