The Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimukhamedov has appointed several officials in the Ministry of Defense, the official Turkmen source said.
Upon the decree of the Turkmen President, Colonel Ismail Ismailov was appointed Deputy Chief of the air force and air defense troops of the Turkmen Armed Forces - the chief of Staff of the Air Force and Air Defense Forces of General Staff of the Turkmen Armed Forces.
Before Dovran Sahedov held this post but was dismissed due to appointment to other position. During a meeting of the State Security Council on August 31, Berdimukhamedov stressed importance of strengthening human resources of the national army
