Turkmen President Gurbangulu Berdimuhammedov offered his condolences to his Turkish Counterpart Abdullah Gul over the numerous human casualties and destruction caused by the floods in Istanbul.
Expressing wishes for courage and fortitude in overcoming the consequences of this tragedy, the Turkmen leader also conveyed words of sympathy and support for the families of the dead and the victims of this disaster, the governmental press service reported.
