The delegation, headed by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister, Elmar Mammadyarov, will represent Azerbaijan at the 64th United Nations (UN) General Assembly, the Ministry's Spokesman, Elkhan Polukhov, told Trend .
The Azerbaijani Foreign Minister will visit New York on Sept.21-27. Mammadyarov is expected to make a speech at the 64th UN General Assembly. Mammadyarov will also hold several bilateral meetings.
