Mine hits Georgian police pickup in zone of Georgian-Ossetian conflict

Mine hit the Georgian police' pickup in the zone of the Georgian-Ossetian conflict near the Dvani village on Sept. 24. The explosion injured three policemen. The wounded were taken to a hospital in Gori.

The EU observers are conducting investigations in the scene of incident to determine the type of explosive device. Georgia has declared it was a radio-controlled mine.
