EU report revealing reasons of armed conflict launched in August 2008 does not state that Georgia launched the war.
All interpretations on this regards are false, official representative of the Georgian government, deputy Prime-Minister, state minister for reintegration Temur Yakobashvili said commenting the report on reasons of the August 2008 war submitted by Taliavini commission.
