French Foreign Minister, Bernard Kouchner and Defense Minister, Hervé Morin will visit Moscow on Oct. 1 to attend the 8th meeting of the French-Russian Cooperation Council on security issues, the ministry's website reported.
This meeting which is held since 2002 is held at the level of the Foreign and Defense Ministries and aims to strengthen a strategic dialogue between Russia and France.
