The OSCE plans to carry out joint projects with the Azerbaijani Central Election Commission (CEC).
"I am pleased with the high level of cooperation with the Azerbaijani CEC and we plan to carry out hold joint projects," Head of the OSCE Office in Baku, Ambassador Ali Bilge Cankorel, said at the meeting with CEC Chairman, Mazahir Panahov, on Oct.1.

The OSCE Office in Baku intends to carry out joint activities with the CEC to educate observers, members of commissions, representatives of executive authorities and other electoral stakeholders, Cankorel said.
The CEC cooperates closely with reputable international institutions and the OSCE in this series takes an important position, Panahov said. So far, the CEC and the OSCE Office in Baku organized various joint projects relating to the Azerbaijani elections, which have played a significant role in educating people about their voting rights.
