Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received the Tajik Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador Kozidavlat Koimdodov, completing his diplomatic mission to Turkmenistan.
The "Neutral Turkmenistan" newspaper reported that the sides noted the high level of the Turkmen-Tajik relations.
Full-scale implementation of existing potential of bilateral partnership could serve as an important factor in the welfare and prosperity of the whole region, the sides stressed. The sides also confirmed the possibility of effective collaboration in the energy sector in the economy and humanitarian sphere.
The Turkmen newspaper reported recently the intergovernmental dialogue has gained particular momentum and filled with new content. The intergovernmental Turkmen-Tajik commission plays an important role in the development of fruitful interaction between the two countries.
