President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has today arrived in Azerbaijan for an official visit, AzerTaj state news agency reported.
A guard of honor was lined up for the Kazakh President at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport decorated with national flags of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.
The Kazakhstan leader was welcomed by Azerbaijani officials, including First Deputy Prime Minister Yagub Eyyubov.
Nursultan Nazarbayev and Yagub Eyyubov had a brief talk at the airport.
Nazarbayev visited memorial of the Azerbaijani National Leader, Heydar Aliyev in the Cemetery of Honors in Baku.
