On Oct. 19 Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev conferred the honorary title "Honored Engineer" upon the country's power engineering specialists: Hasan Hasanov, Gubad Guliyev and Parviz Mammadov for their achievements in the field of energy development in Azerbaijan, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
