A Georgian citizen was arrested for disobeying the legitimate demands of the police in Baku.
The police arrested a 34-year-old Georgian citizen, Pan Benudze for insubordination to police' legitimate demands, the Nizami District Police Office 19 told Trend on Oct.27.
Benudze was taken to the police office, where will be kept in custody for five days under Article 310 (willful disobedience to the police officer or soldier) of the Azerbaijani Code of Administrative Violation.
