Natural disaster covered Azerbaijani village Kabala in Kakheti (Georgia). Water flooded the first floors of villagers' houses, head of administration of Jamal village, Niyazov told media.
"If water continues to swell, the situation will deteriorate. The population will face serious financial damage," he said.
It should be noted that operations are held to strengthen its Kabala's bank. But they are not completed yet. As a result of next rains, the river floods Kabala village.
Kabala residents ask the authority for aid and gather their things.
