Head of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry's Heydar Aliyev Higher Military School Heydar Periyev was dismissed today.
Piriyev was appointed a corps staff head, Azerbaijani Defense Ministry Press Service Deputy Chief Teymur Abdullayev told Trend .
According to a military source, who wished to be anonymous, Mirzali Yusifov was appointed the Higher Military School new chief of Baku's No military unit.
He said that Periyev will head General Staff in Nakhchivan.
