Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev received Dagestani leader Mukhu Aliyev on Nov.6, AzerTaj state news agency reported.
The Azerbaijani President praised his country`s relations with Russia, in particular Dagestan.
President Ilham Aliyev stressed the importance of expanding the bilateral cooperation. The President said Mukhu Aliyev`s visit created good opportunities to explore prospects for developing the relations.
The Dagestani President said he was pleased to once again "visit brotherly Azerbaijan".
Mukhu Aliyev praised the Dagestan-Azerbaijan relations, describing them as sincere.
