Azerbaijani Defense Minister Colonel General Safar Abiyev left for Dushanbe to attend a meeting of the CIS defense ministers, the Ministry told Trend on Nov.9.
The meeting will discuss issues of military cooperation among the CIS countries.
Abiyev will pay an official visit to Tajikistan on Nov. 11. The talks will discuss prospects of the Tajik-Azerbaijani cooperation in military-technical sphere, the ministry said.
