The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev congratulated the President of Angola Jose Eduardo Dos Santos on the national holiday - Independence Day, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
In his congratulatory letter, President Ilham Aliyev expressed hope for further development of bilateral relations in a spirit of friendship and cooperation.
