Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree releasing Lieutenant-General Aliaga Huseynov from office of the military commissar of the Azerbaijan Republic and his military discharge from active military service in the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan Republic with the right to wear military uniforms, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
