Anti-Crisis Board Chairman, MP Gia Tortladze offered himself to the de facto South Ossetian authorities in exchange for the four Georgian teens arrested earlier this month. He made the statement at the Ergneti check-point today.
Tortladze called on South Ossetia not to involve children "in the conflict. I am ready to replace them in captivity."
Tortladze said he was willing to wait for Tskhinvali's reaction.
