The European Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus, Ambassador Peter Semneby, will pay a one day visit to Azerbaijan on November 16, 2009, as part of his regular consultations with the Azerbaijani authorities, the Office of the European Union in Azerbaijan said.
It has not been reported about the special representative's program of the visit.
