President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today visited a Victory Monument at the Victory Square in the Belarusian capital, the AzerTaj state news agency reported.
A guard of honor was lined up for the Azerbaijani President here.
President Ilham Aliyev laid a wreath at the monument.
