Presidents Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan and Georgi Parvanov of Bulgaria have met on Friday at the Presidential Administration in Sofia, State News Agency AzerTaj reported.
The Presidents Ilham Aliyev and Georgi Parvanov had an official photo taken together.
Successful development of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Bulgaria was stressed at the meeting.
The parties discussed economic ties including prospects for cooperation in the energy sector.
The Heads of State expressed their assurance that Azerbaijan-Bulgaria relations would continue to strengthen.
The Presidents also shared their ideas on the regional cooperation and international issues.
