President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev returned to Baku on Friday from one-day official visit to Bulgaria, Azertaj State News Agency reported.
At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the President was welcomed by Premier Artur Rasizade, Head of Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev and Baku mayor Hajibala Abutalibov.
