On Nov. 19, Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree conferring honorary title "Honored Teacher" upon a number of educators, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
For their merits in development of education in Azerbaijan, the title of "Honored Teacher" was awarded to Abdullayeva Zinyat, Akhundova Natella, Hamzayev Alihasanu, Ibragimov Jahangir, Mardanova Surga, Gasimov Fizuli.
