Sentence was made to a person accused of murder, which was committed at the house of the department head of the Military Commissariat of the Azerbaijani Ganja city.
Today the Court on Heinous Crimes sentenced the resident of the Ganja city Elvin Bayramov, accused under article 120.1 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code, was sentenced to imprisonment for a period of eight years.
According to the accusation, on May 23 the nephew of the department head of the Military Commissariat of Ganja city Elvin Bayramov was killed by his countryman Joshgun Fires.
