Russia proposes to establish common principles to resolve the conflicts in the OSCE member countries, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at the OSCE Ministerial Council Meeting in Athens today.
"Resolute steps should be taken to prevent and resolve conflicts," he said adding that Russia proposes to start with creation of common principles of crisis management in the OSCE area, which will be followed by all countries and international organizations operating in the Euro-Atlantic area.
