Turkmen President Gurbangulu Berdimuhammedov signed a decree to dismiss Abdi Ataniyazov from the position of the Ashgabat Police Chief for serious shortcomings in the work.
Under the decree, Ataniyazov was deprived of benefits and privileges that the current Turkmen legislation provides for employees of the law enforcement bodies.
